Using playing cards, students will explore popular sorting algorithms, learning to sort a deck of cards through various techniques. As they sort, they will draw their algorithms to instruct a computer to perform the same tasks. This analogy helps students understand how intuitive human tasks are translated into computer instructions to form algorithms. Course Content Introduction to Algorithms: Learn the fundamental concepts and importance of algorithms in computing. Sorting Algorithms: Explore and implement sorting techniques such as Bubble Sort, Counting Sort, and Insertion Sort.
